In his own words...My name is Arthur R. Cooper, a past National president of TREA (The Retired Enlisted Association) doing business as "The Enlisted Association" current Chairman of The Senior Citizens League Board of Trustees. I am a graduate of Roosevelt High School in West Palm Beach, Fla. in 1958 joined the Army in 1960. I served in many post as a career soldier with a tour of duty in Viet Nam 1968 thru 69. A list of my duty stations include: Basic (Ft. Jackson), AIT (Ft. Benning) Germany (Ulm) Ft. Benning discharged Re-enlisted (Ft. Sam) Ft Belvoir, Greenland, Ft Gordan, Walter Reed, Ft. McNair, Pentagon, Ft Myer, England, Viet Nam, Ft. Campbell, Ft. McPherson, Ft. Monmouth and retiring at Ft. Polk. I served in many capacities from medic, ICU, Male and female Nursing units NCOIC of Nursing Education and the Departments of clinics to NCOIC of many units.

It I believe my gift to serve an I do it gladly and will continue as long as able.
