Tune in to Gullah/Geechee Riddim Radio's 2nd "Financial Literacy Month" broadcast "Making the Black Family Healthy and Wealthy."  Queen Quet, Chiieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation (www.QueenQuet.com) continues the Black family wealth building dialogue with Felicia Gomes-Gregory.  The started the dialogue with the episode entitled "Profit During the Pandemic."

Felicia Gomes-Gregory is the founder and creative director behind her passion project called Heels and Higher Achievement TM (HHA, www.heelshigh.org).  She has an extensive background in technology, as a support specialist that ran equity trading desks for New York, Tokyo and London for various financial firms.  In 2016, she had a "vision" of pairing her love for finances and technology into one platform by educating and empowering women of color in the process. Her focus has been to teach and create "spiritual & financial" Black women wealth builders and foster money conversations among the whole community.

Felicia states, "I 'educare' women of color (and their families) in basic financial concepts, wherever I go.  I touch on reducing the daily financial stress of families by learning about debt management, student loan reduction/counseling and legacy building."  Tune in as she and Queen Quet discuss strategies for island families to build their wealth and leave sustainable legacies.
