Can your gay male friend offer you valid relationship advice on  men?

Is there a correlation between black women who have gay male friends, and these same women being single , never married, not married, can't find a man, and can't keep a man.  Is your friendship, with your GMBF the contributing to you remaining single and hindering you from relationship success with a heterosexual man .
