Sam Black is the Executive Director for Grounded Roots Wellness Inc. and is a Master Coach and Trainer with the Certified Coaches Federation!  Sam works with her clients to work through the roadblocks and create a supported plan for getting what they really want out of life!  Sam has particular specialty in working through life transitions, grief and relationships.  Sam is also a Certified Psychic Medium and Energy Healer!

Cachet Prescott is a personal coach, corporate trainer and facilitator, and speaker who’s passionate about all things related to personal leadership (self-awareness, self-mastery and personal accountability). A certified career coach and double-certified HR professional, she owns Shift Matters, LLC, the personal and leadership development firm empowering individuals, groups, leaders and business owners how to make shift happen for career, business and personal success.  Cachet embarked on her journey to helping others discover who they truly are! As an unfulfilled 30-something professional, military spouse and mommy of three little girls, Cachet knew there was something more for her out there. She finally committed to putting in the time and doing the hard work of acknowledging and battling her own mindset monsters to ultimately find herself and now, she’s committed to teaching others reclaim their personal power to become the best version of themselves, thrive and live a life on purpose.
