HIT THE ROAD JACK, WE HAVE US A PERMIT!

Jack?  Pompano?  Nope!  We are talking about the honorable Permit.  So honorable, the the US Navy named a submarine the USS Permit after him.  This is an extremely good eating fish especially after a great light tackle standoff. Lightly grilled with lemon, fresh basil, garlic and a touch of wasabi and soy...a great way to complete your day of Permit fishing.  The thrill in stalking one of these honorable fish down will leave you with a life time of fantastic memories.  If light tackle is your game or fly fishing, this Monster fish has shoulders that will keep you busy for a while.
