Cozette White has more than 20 years of experience in corporate America in leadership roles ranging from project management to corporate controller. While her roles were always challenging, they were never completely satisfying. Cozette realized that she, and many other women, was simply bypassed on the executive development track. As a result, she decided to follow her passion.
