Drive Like The Pros with Author and TaylorMade's MAT-T Specialist Michael Neff

GSfMO#374 Drive Like The Pros is a new book that introduces TaylorMade’s MAT-T System. MAT-T (pronounced “mat”) is a 3D motion capture system that analyzes your swing and provides detailed statistics about every nuance of your swing. Unlike 2D video instruction systems that have the ability to compare your swing to different Tour Pros, uses sensors to create a 3D personalized avatar that allows you to see your swing from every angle. TaylorMade analyzed the swing of 118 of their sponsored Tour Pros and averaged the numbers derived by MAT-T. Once compiled, the statistics were averaged to generate an avatar that has all the best elements of the top players. Then their engineers created an avatar based on the average swing statistics of 5000 amateurs. Author Michael Neff is a PGA Certified Instructor and is also TaylorMade’s primary contractor who installs MAT-T systems all over the world.
