Far from teaching His disciples not to judge, Jesus actually instructed His followers to judge everything! Indeed, the Bible teaches us to EXPOSE the "unfruitful deeds of darkness." It tells us to exhort, reprove and rebuke...
Further, we are to proactively "contend earnestly for the faith."
Consider the following instruction given by the apostle Paul to young pastors, Timothy and Titus:
“…Some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons…In pointing out these things to the brethren, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus…” -1 Timothy 4:1-6, bold mine
“Those who continue in sin, rebuke in the presence of all, so that the rest also may be fearful of sinning.” -1 Timothy 5:20, bold mine
“Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction..." -2 Timothy 4:2-4, bold mine
“The overseer must be…holding fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, so that he will be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict.” -Titus 1:9, bold mine
“…For this reason reprove them severely so that they may be sound in the faith.” -Titus 1:13, bold mine
“These things speak and exhort and reprove with all authority.” -Titus 2:15, bold mine.
