In the Yoga tradition the 4 different breathing technquies I will be teaching and talking on are known as Pranayama. Pranayama is actually the title of Chapter 2.. the front nine..hole 2. As a yoga teacher I feel this is one of the most important chapters of the whole book. You will discover how and why to use it while playing and the magic that it can unfold to get you out of your head and into feeling the swing.
