He will let you know why men think the way they do, why they act the way the do and he may even help out you ladies out in your relationship. He is a man that has been through it all. He will give you advice from a males perspective. He will give you the truth, no matter how ugly it is. It s The Ugly Truth Show, Monday at 10 pm Pacific. On Wednesday, we have Surviving Life with your host Troy. Life is hard, and in these times, it is even harder. Troy will help you get through the tough times. He will show you ways to make your dollar stretch, ways to save your money, and ways to invest your money. Helpful tips on money, health, and eating is what surviving life is all about. Join him every Wed. night at 6 pm Pacific. Very fun show! And of course we had to add a Friday night show. Freestyle Fridays is exactly what it says. The show that you control. You control the topics. No script, no agenda, its all about you. We will take all phone calls and chat topics that you can give us. Do not hold back. Its a FREESTYLE!

A Former Denver Broncos captain and All-Pro, Karl Mecklenburg rose from being a college walk-on and a 12th round draft pick to a pro career that included six Pro Bowl and three Super Bowl appearances. Considered the NFL's most versatile player, Karl played all seven defensive front positions. Bronco coaches wanted him at the point of attack and would move him throughout the game. There were many games where Mecklenburg played all 7 positions in the course of a single game. Today Mr. Mecklenburg is a motivational speaker and an author of a book titled "Heart of a Student Athlete" We will talk about his book and about his great charity titled REACH. Please tune in for what will be an awesome interview.
