Good intentions can lead to wrong expressions. Ponder that thought for a minute. Tonight we explore David's intentions and efforts to bring the ark to Jerusalem. 2 Samuel 6 records the events surrounding David's efforts to bring the ark to the new capital of Israel. Last week we discussed how God used His anointed Spirit filled King against the Jebusites and Philistines. Just as Israel came to recognize and choose David as God's anointed, we recognized and chose Jesus as our anointed King who delivers us from the penalty and power of sin. Is he your King?
