Helena discovered spirituality when she was violently sick for 3 days every month in her mid twenties, conventional medicine had nothing to offer. She discovered homeopathy, EFT, reiki as a client and then began to explore the realms of metaphysics.
She began to train in different forms of energy work and attend workshops with some of the greats, Caroline Myss, Doreen Virtue etc. Also extensive travel to sacred sites and different energies they offer for reconnection and healing (Egypt, Mexico, Guatemala & Hondurus).
Helena began to run workshops and blog about supporting people in connecting with their higher guidance and spirit guides as well as working with energy healing per se one on one, as well as integrate the higher guidance into her business consultancy work and specifically connections with Angels and ascended masters.
