Why do men/women become pastors today? What do congregations look for when selecting/accepting a pastor? From what I've seen and heard a lot of the men/women occupying pulpits today simply are not qualified. They either weren't qualified before they took the post or they messed up while they occupied, or are still occupying, the post.
