Khalid al Mihdhar & Nawaf al Hazmi were identified al-Qaeda agents by CIA, but info wasn't shared with FBI or U.S. Immigration, so both men legally entered U.S. to prepare 9/11 attacks.
Interesting: According to Cinnamon Stillwell, some 4,000 Jewish employees were forewarned by Israeli intelligence to skip work on 9/11, resulting in no Jewish deaths at the WTC.
