This Week's Guest is Ken Gerhard, Crytozoologist from Texas.  Ken is  a widely recognized cryptozoologist (investigator of mysterious creatures). He was born on Friday the 13th of October in Lansing, Michigan. His parents were Canadian immigrants and his adventurous and creative mother lost her battle to cancer in 1988. She still inspires him. He has always been fascinated with animals, monsters and natural mysteries. Growing up, he was fortunate to be able to travel around the world to many, amazing places, including the Amazon jungle, Galapagos Islands, Australian Outback, Africa, Asia and Europe. He attempted hi first field research at Loch Ness when he was only 15 years old. In all, Ken has traveled to 26 different countries on 6 continents, as well as 44 of the United States. I Over a decade ago, cryptozoology became his life's passion. His research has been featured on several Tv programs including Monster Quest, The Real Wolfman, Legend Hunters, Paranatural, William Shatner's Weird or What? and Ultimate Encounters. He is also author of two, published books - Big Bird! Modern Sightings of Flying Monsters and co-author of Monsters of Texas (with Nick Redfern). Join Us Live!
