Most of us are dealing with some kind of family drama, sometimes it can be from siblings, or even from your own children to the person your are married to and then there’s the extended family members!  How do we handle all the problems that pertain to our family without losing our minds?  So many of us feel depleted, drained and frustrated and we need HELP!  Yet we can’t turn to the ones who are needed us, so where do we go?  Who is there for us in our time of need?
