SCRIPTURE TOPIC: (3 John 1:2)  Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.  We have to learn how to care for our health by obtaining knowledge about our physical bodies and how they function before we get sick or diagnose with a disease.  What you don’t know can cause severe health issues or permanent damage that eventually take your life!  So take some preventive measures and learn some basic steps so you can live longer, prosper and be in GOOD HEALTH!
