Sub Topic: Maintain Healthy Eating Habits
Discussion: I’d like to share with you some tips to help maintain good eating habits and avoid upset stomachs, and sickness from over eating or eating the foods that are unhealthy, especially if you are dealing with a physical ailment and conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. We need to learn more about the foods that we eat by reading the labels, avoiding high levels of sugar, sodium and chemicals that can do more harm than good for the body. We want to live long and have good health so be careful of what you eat and drink. Scripture Text: (1 Corinthians 6:19) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? ( 6:20) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
