Discussion: People are afraid of what they don’t understand. Fear of the unknown, fear of those who are different from you, fear of those who have more than you.  Fear is a tormenting spirit, that harasses people into making foolish mistakes and hasty unwise decisions.  Rather than allowing fear to control our lives, rob us of our peace of mind and cause us to think evil towards others rather than good, we need to ignore those negative thoughts and avoid any actions that are derived out of fear. For until we do, we will always be the servant of fear and rather than enjoy the freedom that God has given to each of us, we will be in bondage and a slave to this evil spirit.

Scripture Text: (Numbers 22:6)  Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.
