DISCUSSION: The Lord knew that each individual who believes and accepts Christ as Lord and Savior will need that same authority and power of the Holy Ghost that He had being Christ the Anointed One.  Therefore, Jesus instructed us in the Word, to be filled inwardly and not just to have the Holy Spirit come upon us and then depart, but to live inside of us daily; as our spiritual guide, comforter and teacher. (Acts 1:8)  But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
