Something unpleasant, painful, deep hurt or betrayal usually has occurred that makes an individual not want to trust the person that has caused them anguish and sorrow, this act of harboring one’s feelings, stems from the root of un-forgiveness. You would think that when a person is in pain, that they would want to do anything to get rid of it. But the willingness to forgiven someone who has hurt or wounded you isn’t a easy task, it takes courage, and the ability to be able to look within yourself, and realize that something evil and destructive is eating at the very core of your soul, and tampering with your emotional and spiritual well-being.
