Today's FOXOLOGY TODAY special guest is Telishia Berry, an accomplished actress, playwright, author and the Editor-in-Chief of the online publication Courageous Woman Magazine. We'll get the up-to-date insights on her projects and discuss the opportunity to vote for her NAACP Image Award nomination as "Debut Author" for her book "Baptist Junkie".

About today's guest:

Telishia Berry has produced several gospel plays, "Wake Up", "Wake Up 2" and "Hair Weave".

She just released her new book "Baptist Junkie", a Christian fiction story of a rebellious girl whose quest for love, acceptance, and validation leads her on a journey of poor choices in men, friends and drugs.

Her son, Kendre Berry, was also bitten by the acting bug.  In addition to having several movie credits under his belt, Kendre has landed roles in "Cold Case", "One on One"  "ER", "Eyes", Jabari in the hit series "Girlfriends", and as Durrell on "Six Feet Under".
