Paul Reinig After graduating from high school, Paul Reinig lacked self-esteem, felt extremely lost and was looking outside himself for direction and purpose. In 1975 his search caused him to allow himself to be swallowed up into the Unification Church, founded by Sun Myung Moon, which dictated how he was to think, his daily schedule, and his entire lifestyle. He quickly rose to leadership status and spent the next 23 years serving Moon lecturing, fundraising, witnessing and traveling, both nationally and internationally. In 1991 he earned a BS in General Science from Regents College in Albany, New York, and then entered the Unification Theological Seminary in Barrytown, NY where he graduated in 1993 with a Masters Degree in Religious Education. At Seminary Paul experienced a crisis of faith that eventually led in 1998 to releasing Moon's truth and lifestyle as well as his Moon-chosen wife of 16 years. Feeling confused and vulnerable, Paul then began a period of soul searching in which he came to the realization that loving himself means to accept everything about himself, bar none. Until then, he had been pushing away unwanted emotions, which gave them energy, causing them to inevitably return. He realized he was the creator of his emotions and began taking responsibility for them by honoring them, allowing them to be felt and, if appropriate, expressed. This allowed them to come into a natural resolution, bringing his emotions into balance. He shares the insights he gained through this process in two audio recordings, “How to Accept Yourself and Bring Home Your Aspects” and "Developing a Relationship with Yourself." He also has two books, his memoir, “A Grand and Glorious Adventure: The Saboteur Years” and an e-book, "Apostle Paul: The Untold Story." Visit his website, http://www.MasteringTrueLove.com.
