Collin County CPS and Immigration Custody Battle

Jamie Smith, 33, is fighting to see her two children. Collin County CPS told her to vacate her Sachse home immediately. Her French husband has custody of her 22-month-old baby and CPS (Brandy Frick) won't return calls about allowing Jamie to see her children. The other daughter lives in Palmer.

Jamie now lives in Ennis, but this is a custody battle that pits Collin County forces against Ellis County elements, as well as shines a light on custody disputes involving foreign citizens.
