Get Up and Move!

Nicole or Nicki as most people know her as is a home grown gal who has spent most of her life in Southeast Michigan. She is a graduate of Sterling Heights High School in 1992, studied physical therapy at Oakland University from 1992 to 1995 and graduated top of her class at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in Grand Blanc Michigan in 2003. Nicki holds many certifications including CPR & AED and is experienced in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching. She also brings with her years of experience from St. Joseph Mercy Oakland as well as time spent as an independent therapist. 

 

Being part of the team comes natural for Nicki with years of experience herself in competitive sports such as a cheerleading, soccer, softball, basketball, and being the “Most Athletic” member of Oakland University’s Dance Team (Images). Nicki also holds the distinction as the first AUDL field ref and lead trainer.

 

Not only does being part of a team come naturally for Nicki, she takes great pride in making sure her team gets the best assistance they can get. Her goal is for the team to be in their best physical shape they can be. The grind of the season and activities leading up to it are a challenge that Nicki accepts with great pride and exuberance. Nicki will not only be using her experience as a therapist, but having two beautiful girls of her own, she may even use her mother’s intuition when one her guy’s tries to pull the wool over her eyes!
