Uploaded with ImageShack.us Actress Geri Reischl , forever known to fans of "The Brady Bunch" as "Fake Jan", is tonight's guest on "Flashback" With Carey Fisher. Geri's career in television includes roles in "Gunsmoke", "The Interns" and "Apple's Way". Geri's film roles include the 1974 Cult Classic "I Dismember Mama". However, it is her stint in "The Brady Bunch Hour" that has cemented her status as a pop culture icon. In October of 1976 she was chosen, after five auditions, from amongst 1,500 other hopefuls, to replace Eve Plumb as Jan on "The Brady Bunch Hour". "The Brady Bunch Hour" faded into obscurity after 9 episodes but Geri's portrayal of "Fake Jan" has spawned multiple web sites dedicated to her and has even spawned a "Fake Jan" Day. Geri will be appearing at The 5th Annual Mid Atlantic Nostalgia Convention at the Marriott Hotel in Hunt Valley, Maryland from September 23rd - 25th. Information about The Mid Atlantic Nostalgia Convention can be found at http://www.midatlanticnostalgiaconvention.com/ Please be sure to visit Geri's Official site at http://www.gerireischl.com/
