Love Is Not A "Four Letter Word"

Do you associate Love with pain, betrayal and even abuse? Have the people who claimed to have loved you caused you extreme pain and made it hard for you to trust anyone? Have you been raised to believe that God is holding a big stick ready to beat you over the head when you make a mistake? Do you think that no matter what you do it will never be enough to earn God's Love? Perhaps you feel you have done too many things wrong or committed too many crimes for God to love you. Maybe you did something so atrocious you feel you can never be forgiven.
