Physician Communication in Palliative Care with Dr. Shoshana Ungerleider

Today on FindaTopDoc Radio we are speaking with Internist, Dr. Shoshana Ungerleider. Dr. Ungerleider attended medical school at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the California Pacific Medical Center. After completing her residency, she felt as though there were improvements that should be made in regards to the way people are informed about end of life. She has sought to address the large gaps in the way people learned about end of life issues and how physicians can help them cope with emotions during such difficult times.
