It's Preakness Day, 2016, and with it comes the nail-biting excitement of the question that's on everyone's mind: Will Nyquist take the Preak, then go on to win the Triple Crown in three weeks?

But there's another question that's beating me over the head:  why does Pimlico feel the need to sponsor a Bikini Contest in the infield?  And what does that have to do with horse racing, or the promotion thereof?
