Today we have Cole Rogers and Rustin Hughes - We will look into the life and Art of the Para Warrior , the Art and Beauty of of ones soul and passion as a Practitioner of Jiu Jitsu .

Cole Rogers is a twenty four year old Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt who has enjoyed martial arts since an early age. A California native, Cole was born with a rare condition called arthrogryposis (AMC) which causes every joint in his body to be fused. Physical Therapy and martial arts have been key in giving Cole the skills and confidence needed to be extremely independent despite having such limited mobility. Because martial arts have been so impactful in Cole’s life he now runs a company called “fightability” where he offers free self defense training to any person with a disability as well as shares his message with larger audiences via his public speaking career.

Rustin hughes is a purple belt and trains at Trials Mixed Martial Arts in Ft Collins Colorado. He lost his leg above the knee less than 4 years ago from a massive blood clot in his femoral artery. Using boxing, grappling and jiu jitsu as forms of therapy and learning to take his disadvantages and make them his advantages. He has also started a nonprofit called B-BOLD, empowering people with disabilities through martial arts.
