Hard to believe we’re at the conclusion of the 26-race NASCAR regular season already, but as usual the Frat House Sports Garage is staying open a bit late this evening so that we can bring you tonight’s Race Trim MotorSports Hour in anticipation of tomorrow’s race at Richmond International Raceway.

Last week at Darlington Raceway, it should have been Kevin Harvick. Instead it was Martin Truex Jr. with his second win of the season taking advantage of Harvick’s pit crew mistakes. Harvick was not happy, and changes were immediately made to his pit crew in advance of “The Chase.”

NASCAR laid down some post-race penalties this week, and may have just penalized Ryan Newman right out of “The Chase.” Is that the same as referees injecting themselves into a game to affect the outcome?

Christian Koelle, editor of The Motorsports News Source joins us this evening and we get his thoughts on the situation with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and this upcoming race at Richmond.

Tune-in to THE BEST pre-race sports talk show with Frat House Mike, Sidekick & Brandon, and YOUR calls at 347 – 826 – 9964. Check in to the Frat House Sports Garage – 11 a.m. ET!
