Getting clear on your big dream or vision is absolutely essential.  And even when you are in that perfect relationship, living in that perfect house, in that perfect job you will still wake up every morning, eat, put your pants on one leg at a time and live life one day at a time.

By getting clear on your perfect average day you distill your big vision into imaginable chunks for your brain. When you get clear on your perfect average day you may be surprised to realize some parts of it are already in your daily routine! You may realize others can be added with a few simple changes!

Your brain is an amazing problem solving machine. The parts of your perfect average day that aren't there yet. Well, the more clear and specific they are, the better your brain will be able to spot opportunities to make them so.

Lydia Snider has two passions: kitesurfing and how people move from feel stuck and unhappy, living the life others expect of them to living a life designed around their passion.  Her fascination with how the human brain learns and develops habits started in elementary school as she found ways to compensate for learning disabilities.

She earned a Master's Degree in special education because it was the most practical study and application of how people learn.  She served nearly 20 years as a special educator and worked with thousands of students, staff members and parents on making real and lasting progress. Lydia became a master at distilling the wisdom & information of personal growth into practical, effective exercises that fit easily into the reality of daily life.
