Special Immigrant Juveniles, Jewish history, and NIV Waivers

For our fourth broadcast we will be discussing several very useful and beneficial pieces of information tonight.  What is SIJS?  Special Immigrant Juveniles.  Often thought of being just for the orphaned dropped off on the side of the US border, but find out who else can be included!  Very excellent topic for tonight and potentially helping hundreds of children in the United States today.  Subtopics will include: who qualifies?  what are the requirements?  what is helpful documentation? what is the awesome benefit?  what are the processing times?  any drawbacks?
