Jim Mosquera talks about his book Escaping Oz

As an immigrant to the U.S. it was easy to identify what made this country great. This is more difficult for most residents of the U.S. to understand unless they have spent meaningful time in another country. This country reached its zenith based on its economic system and the system of laws that protected it. As the country grew prosperous, it became easier to say "yes" on a political and economic level. This trend is cyclical. Now we must face a new cycle with its own challenges. Our "Wizards" are fighting this and have not been candid about what lies ahead.
