Lugnuts and Horsepower

It is hard to believe, but it is time to look back at the Sprint Cup season.  It is also the final show in 2013 for the original Fan Vs. Fan racing crew.  Patti Rodisch takes the reins for the season-ending episode, while she is backed by her teammate Dustin Parks.  Maybe even Rob Blount will join his two teammates to look back at an incredible year in competition.

It was the debut of the brand new Generation-6 car, one that looked like the street counterpart.  It set records, broke barriers, even set up some controversy.  Unprecedented penalties were handed down because of it, but it made history for the sport.

Then there was the Chase, or realistically the race to get in, and the frenzy it started.  It ended with a driver that was not just strong in the final 10 races, but also was strong throughout the entire year.  This year's champion returned to the top, and now has a chance to break another barrier next season.
