  This week our guest will be from the Florida Panthers, assistant GM, Michael Santos. Santos is responsible for negotiating player contracts, salary arbitration preparation, overseeing the club’s minor league affiliates and managing the club’s payroll and salary cap, as well as serving as the day-to-day contact of the hockey operations department. We will be talking with Mike about the organization, their farm system, and the day-to-day operations of the Florida Panthers.
