Trial and Temptation - Miriam and Her 7 Sons

Many have asked me if it would be okay to take the mark of the beast for the sake of their children or to save themselves from torment, some have insisted that surely the Father as just and loving God would forgive such trespass and allow reconcilation for those whom did so.  In answer to such suggestions I will relay the story of Miriam and her 7 sons based on an apocryphal book called Maccabees 4 and the trials endured by the Israelites whom were tempted by Antiochus to eat food sacrificed unto idols.  The bible warns us to without exception to not take the mark of beast and that the lovers of Christ must endure to the end to be counted worthy of the rewards of righteousness.  I pray no one have ever have to encounter and overcome as other Christians have during the course of history but if you today were faced with scenario were you either deny your faith or face death, what would be your resolve.  Would you love not your life unto death or like some have suggested accept the mark in hopes of later forgiveness?  Let's see what answers lie in the word.
