On the first day of 2011, when all you needed was 1's, Vertically Striped Radio returned after a hiatus for Christmas to discuss whether or not the United States is a nation of wusses, we reminisced about the people who passed away in 2010 and tried and failed to call Aaron Young of VSR's sister show, the No Name Show. Craig also helped celebrate Face's birthday a couple of days late by unveiling Face's birthday song and by opening the show with Face's favorite show open. We also took a little time to ticket some wankers and did a quick review of The Ed's outstanding Eddie awards. The Vertically Striped Music recommendation was "The High Road" by Broken Bells
