UDL: The Science of Truth and Reality (Part 16a)

5:57. O you who believe! if any from among you turn back from his faith soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him lowly with the believers mighty against the rejecters fighting in the way of Allah and never fearing the criticism of the criticizer.  That is the Grace of Allah which He will bestow on whom He pleases: and Allah encompasses all and He knows all things.

When the attitude of the Quraysh became more threatening, Abu Talib, the Prophet’s uncle, begged him to renounce his mission but the Prophet gave this reply - "O my uncle, if they placed the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left, to force me to renounce my work, verily I would not desist therefrom until Allah made manifest His cause, or I perished in the attempt."

One of the morals of Abraham’s Star-Moon-Sun story is that “you can’t arrive at the truth without the capacity for changing your perspective on whatever you knew before.” (8:53)
