"Allah says of the Qur’an that it has been revealed and some of it is allegorical and some of it basic, plain language. So, some of it is metaphysical and some of it is not myth in the sense that we read myth, now, but myth in its purest sense.  Some of it is mythical. It says,” and those who preferred the restricted language or the hidden language over the plain, commonsense language have a disease in their hearts, something is wrong with their hearts.” That powerful wisdom is there locked up in this metaphorical, metaphysical, allegorical, or mystical language. Whatever word you want to use, it is all of that. Though it is locked up there, it is powerful to educate and give insight and guidance to someone who Allah blesses with the insight.  So, that person will be a great leader for the people. Though it is there, if that leader becomes fascinated after God starts to open him up and give him many blessings, he loses them because he didn’t use them properly." "The Women Who Call To The Issue" Imam W. D. Mohammed(ra)
