Disney is a transnational media conglomerate owning TV and radio networks (e.g., ABC), cable systems, Internet sites music studios, media productions companies, magazines, sports teams, theaters and theme parks. Disney is the dominant story teller in the world.  What kind of stories are being told?  The stories that Disney tells shape our children's (our future generation) imaginations.  It promotes images of innocence, magic and fun (infantilization).  This tends to build up a kind of immunity from criticism for the Disney corporation.
