Because of her mothers addiction to heroin,Sinnamon is forced to take care of herself and her little brother at a very young age. She has nothing but dreams of going to college and getting a well paying job to escape poverty.
In her senior year of high school, Sinnamon meet a girl named Essence who helps her discover her outer beauty and shows how to survive. With her new look and confidence, Sinnamon is able to take on what ever comes her way. That is until things take a turn for the worse and the rug is snapped from under her feet.
After tasting money and living the life of luxury, Sinnamon is hooked and doesn't want to let go. She refuses to go backwards, but what is she willing to risk to maintain her new lifestyle?
