Glanville Lee Owens Sr. better known by his stage name, GvDeville, was born in Dayton, Ohio. Being the oldest child of six, Gv learned to sing at the tender age of nine years old. While attending Ethan Temple Seventh Day Adventist Church, he was given his first solo in the church choir. By the age of twelve Gv had won seven trophies in multiple singing competitions and recorded his first song at the age of fourteen that highlighted his love for music. At age sixteen he recorded his first rap song called Mr. "F" up. In 2014 Gv started his company Red Cup Tea Fire(RCTF). Following the start of RCTF he released the single "Out of Aggression" showcasing his newly found rap talent. With new songs being recorded he has confidence his career will take off soon.
