After talking with a co-worker who was working with a life coach, DeNeen was impressed by how excited her co-worker was about the improvement she was experiencing in her personal relationships and professional career. After doing some research, DeNeen hired her own coach and became convinced that coaching was something she wanted to pursue as coaching gave people the power to change their lives for the better.

DeNeen's 15 years of experience in many aspects of business and leadership effectiveness are backed by a Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Northwest in Organizational Communication. DeNeen's ministry training and experience provide a solid foundation for those who want the benefits found in combining biblical principles with neuroscience based coaching techniques. Last December she published her first book, “Trinity of Coaching: God, You, and Your Life Coach” which offers a systematic guide on how to incorporate your biblical principles into your coaching sessions and daily life.
