Corey Baker was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. It wasn't until the age of 9 that he began rapping. However, he began to record his music at the age of 16 and adopted the rap name, Verse. He is currently an aspiring rap artist, still residing in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attends Gilbert A. Dater High School while pursuing a rap career. With his first mixtape, "Meant To Lose", finished, he plans to release much more in the future. His latest song, "Congratulate Me", is the first song from his latest mixtape, "Far From It", planned to be released on March 14th, 2010.
