He's an entrepreneur living in Australia with his wife, Bev and daughter Elena. Howard Tinker – a former social worker from Leeds in the UK– is a big hit Down Under, where he’s showing the Aussies how restaurants should be run. Howard Tinker has gone from Leeds social worker to international restaurant guru. And despite failing at school, where his dyslexia saw him labelled stupid, he has made a success of his life out there. He has literally created a paradise for himself and his family.
