Cardiac Arrest While Driving! CPR saved her life! Meet Sarah!

Meet Sarah- 

CPR Saved her Life! Sarah went into Cardiac Arrest while driving! 

Her story is unique in respect to her survival of a rare and deadly heart condition that seems to strike predominately young healthy women with no heart disease (SCAD, Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection) Also very rare to be resuscitated after 15 mins in Cardiac Arrest. And to have no heart or brain damage too after such an episode...  Wow! She still can't believe she didn't crash her car and worse injure or kill someone! A perfect alignment of miracles came together on her behalf!  It could have been tragic on so many levels. Who has a Cardiac Arrest while driving a car and lives to talk about it!? Unbelievable!!!!! And for her guardian angel/friend who performed CPR and saved her life only to die of a sudden heart attack... it sounds like fiction but is her reality! Life is truly so much stranger than fiction, isn't it? After this awful event she was changed spiritually, physically and emotionally. And her views about life and death have changed.  

She went on to become a Grief Counselor for children through her church. With the support group Sarah now has the privilege of helping the daughter of the man that saved her life through what was a very difficult time! Her work through AHA has been very meaningful to her and giving back is such an important part of her healing.

Being given the gift of life fills you with so much gratitude. I will always look for meaningfulways to honor all those who helped me.-Sarah
