Today I speak with Dan And Drew Sorrells
The Organic Dish

Dan and Drew own and manage The Organic Dish in Boulder, Colorado.
Dan has always had a passion for cooking. He was raised in New Orleans and is used to pleasing his palate with rich and flavorful foods. Most recently, he has been developing his food business as The PotBellied Chef, working on incorporating those bold flavors into gluten free, low fat, southern style meals. When the opportunity was presented to purchase The Organic Dish it became a perfect platform for The PotBellied Chef.

Drew has lived her life in Colorado. She has traveled many places throughout the world but still finds Colorado to be home. She started working as an interior designer in 1980 and her current design business, Adue Interiors, has served the community since 1997.  

She is also working closely with her journey mate and husband Dan Sorrells, providing marketing for The Organic Dish. She sometimes plays in the kitchen but her main goal is to immerse herself in their Boulder community and make The Organic Dish business KNOWN en masse, for there are still so many people that don't know how easy it is to obtain the convenience of organic prepared food.
