Also, actor Paul Walker died in a car crash, as we all know.  But how do we view death in the United States?  Wheel of Fortune had a puzzle that was The Fast And The Furious just days after Walker's death, but it was taped months before.  Should the producers have pulled the show?  FX was showing one of Walker's movies at the time he died.  Should they also have pulled the show while on air?
