What's This - Ernest Is Talking About The Kardashians For The Hour?
Well not exactly, but sorta - okay here's the deal. On tonight's episode of The Ernest Experience Radio Show, Ernest uses the recent 72-day marriage of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries as a simile to compare how Kim considers marriage either an open-ended option, or a publicity stunt. Why does this matter? Blogger Tyler Oakley tweeted the fact that Kim & Kris were married 72-days, but gay people still cannot get married in the country as a whole. Is it an insult that people like Kim Kardashian take the whole thing so flippantly, yet gay people are still fighting for equal rights in 2011? It's also quite ironic that the conservative base endorses this type of behavior, yet still attempts to keep gay people in the closet. (Newt's been married how many times???)
